Our delivery prices are as follows:
Single item £3.75
Each additional item is charged at £1.20
Free delivery on orders over £100.00 (excluding delivery)
Delivery is normally within 7 working days unless stated otherwise and often much sooner, dispatch of items will be confirmed by email. There are factors that are outside of our control which can delay a parcel so we ask for your patience if this occurs. Delivery is via Royal Mail, myHermes or for larger items via courier. In the event of an item arriving damaged, please let us know within 48 hours.
If you are unable to take delivery of your goods on the confirmed delivery date, we reserve the right to charge you further for any subsequent deliveries.
If we accidentally damage goods in the course of delivery, then our liability for that damage is limited to the refund or replacement of the goods or the value.
Delivery and postage prices quoted are for the UK Mainland, this does not include Northern Ireland, Highlands, and Islands. We are always happy to quote for posting overseas, please email us.
We are happy to take orders from outside the UK Mainland by email. Please contact us with your requirements.
Returns and Refunds
- We will accept returns of all items provided:
- The goods returned have remained in a resaleable condition
- The goods have been returned within 14 days of delivery
- The original packaging is included (undamaged and please do not write the returns address directly on product boxes)
- Due to hygiene reasons, we are unable to accept returns of socks, if the packaging has been opened
- Our partner Ponte Giulio, suppliers of bathroom sanitary wares and grab rails, charge a 10% restocking fee on any returned items which we reserve the right to pass back to you, the customer.
- Our partner @llgood, supplier of the Holt Oak range of bathroom grab rails etc. charge a 40% restocking fee and any returns will only be accepted if the items are returned in original, undamaged packaging. We reserve the right to pass these costs back to you, the customer.
Please inform us within 7 days of delivery that you wish to return an item. Once received, we will refund in full less any delivery charges (unless the goods received are faulty or incorrect) within 5 working days. Any return delivery charges will be payable by you. The item is your responsibility until it reaches us. For your own protection, we recommend for returns, that you send the parcel using a delivery service that insures you for the value of the goods and requires a signature. The cost of returning the item to us is your responsibility.
Products returned in a non-saleable condition through customer use or neglect, will be paid for in full by the Customer. In this event, the Customer can request that the product be returned to them at their expense.
We comply with the requirements of distance selling and will provide a refund on any returned products provided they have been returned in a perfect, resaleable condition.
In the event that you receive a damaged product or an incorrect order, please inform us within 48 hours of delivery.
If a product is found to be faulty within 30 days of purchase, we will refund your order in full. Any issues with delivery of your order need to be reported within 30 days from the date of dispatch.
To return a product/order, please notify us by email before you return the goods, we will then respond to your email with the appropriate delivery/returns arrangement for your product.
A refund will be processed on the return of the item.
