Happylegs is a passive exercise device which functions using the same principles as walking. It moves your legs and gently massages your feet while you remain seated, stimulating the muscles and soles of your feet to help improve your blood circulation.

The Happylegs walking machine is an award-winning patented leg exercise device that can help move the legs of those who, through illness or other circumstances, cannot easily exercise or go for a walk.

Lack of exercise can have a detrimental effect on your health. Moving and exercising the body, particularly the lower limbs, is vital to ensure good blood circulation. If you remain seated for many hours each day it can cause a defective venous return. If prolonged this can cause or worsen a number of health conditions.

So if you can’t get out for a walk – then let the walk come to you. Just 30 minutes a day of leg exercise with Happy legs can make all the difference in improving your vascular health. The equivalent steps in the 3 speeds per 1 hour: In 9V: 3120 steps x 1 hour; in 12V: 3960 steps x 1 hour and in 15V: 5040 steps x 1 hour.

There are three different models of Happylegs available, blue, red or white. Blue and red are the same, apart from the colour, both have 3-speed settings. The white model comes with a remote control unit so that you can control the machine using the handheld remote control. Optional foot straps are also available to purchase with Happylegs, which allow users with reduced mobility to strap their feet onto the footpads to hold them in place and prevent them slipping or falling off while the machine is in motion. This brilliant walking machine enables you to exercise your legs from the comfort of your armchair, desk or any seated position.

Happylegs is helpful for those with reduced mobility, elderly, and those with the following health conditions: stroke, Multiple Sclerosis, heart conditions, spinal injury, diabetes, peripheral arterial disease, neuropathy,  hypertension to name a few. It is also beneficial for wheelchair users or anyone who has a sedentary lifestyle and Happy Legs can visibly reduce the appearance of swollen legs, knees or feet.
