Product News: RollerMate Walker G2

RollerMate Walker

Designed in Sweden, RollerMate Walker is a single / one handed walker, similar to a crutch on wheels and designed for those with light instability that would ususally use a crutch or a cane. RollerMate ensures that even and gentle pressure is distributed to legs, feet, arms and creates far less impact to the shoulders.and arms than a traditional crutch.

The product is designed for users with sufficient balance and ability to anticipate environmental factors and resist unexpected movements and can even relieve the pressure of a bad back. It is suitable for left or right handed users.

It has been used by footballers recovering from leg or foot injuries, ms sufferers, stroke, brain injury and anyone who sufferes from paralysis on one side of their body. RollerMate has a carrybag which attaches to the frame to help with shopping.

RollerMate has proved to be a very popular product, and resulted in very happy customers. Here one of our customer reviews:

"Hi people at designed2enable.
My wheely crutch (RollerMate) arrived last week and I'm loving it! Had a wee test drive round the village today and it's the bees knees - good on pavements, grass and more roughty-toughty terrain (I live in a wee village in the Highlands of Scotland).

It enables a more even and upright walking position and feels very safe and supportive. (I have balance issues and leg-muscle weakness after a car accident and this is just the job). Happy girl." Thanks.
